ChillCarve Return & Refund Policy – Europe
1. Overview
This page outlines ChillCarve’s exclusive return and refund policy for the European market.
2. Order Cancellation
ChillCarve strives to deliver products to customers as quickly and securely as possible. Orders are typically processed the same day they are received.
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of placement. Timely cancellations are free of charge.
Once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If cancellation is still requested at this stage, we recommend returning the item upon receipt.
Note: A return shipping fee of €19.98 (covering both outbound and return transport) will apply in such cases. Return shipping fee for Poland: zł 99.98. Return shipping fee for Czechia: Kč 499.98. Return shipping fee for Romania: lei 99.98.
3. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your ChillCarve purchase. While we provide expert advice to help you find the perfect products, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your needs – which is why we’ve made returns straightforward.
To initiate a return:
- Email your request to service@chillcarve.de
- Include your order number and reason for return
3.1 General Return Requirements
- Items must be in original manufacturer packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Returns are processed and refunded within 10 business days of warehouse receipt.
- All returned items undergo quality inspection before refund approval.
3.2 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility requires:
- Original packaging
- Unused condition
- All tags attached
*IMPORTANT Note:
- Bulk orders of 5 or more clothing items are excluded from no-reason returns and exchanges for those items.
- For returns of orders containing 3-4 garments, a flat 10% order value fee will be charged to cover return shipping & processing costs.
- Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
3.3 Shipping Costs
A. ChillCarve covers return costs if:
- Item has manufacturing defects (material/workmanship)
- Item was damaged during transit
- Wrong item was delivered
Proof (photos/video) may be required.
B. Customer covers return costs (€19.98 fee) if:
- You dislike the item
- No longer need the item
- Delivery failure due to customer error (incorrect address, size, color, or style)
Fee covers return labels, shipping, handling, and disposal costs. Deducted from refund.

3.4 Return Process
- Email service@chillcarve.de to initiate
- We send a prepaid return label & instructions
- Repackage item with original receipt/proof of purchase
- Ship to the address specified on the return label
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Workflow
- Refund request submitted
- Item received at warehouse
- Quality inspection conducted
- Refund issued (if approved)
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4.3 Processing Time
Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect (timing varies by payment provider).
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order
- We cover shipping for defective/wrong items
- All other cases: €19.98 shipping fee applies
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@chillcarve.de for:
- Replacement arrangements
- Refund processing
