These General Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a contract between you and ChillCarve Limited (collectively referred to as "ChillCarve," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website at chillcarve.de (the "Website") and all other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by us that link to this Agreement (collectively, the "Services").

Please note that all payments on chillcarve.de are processed by ChillCarve Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Registered address: RM A8, UNIT A, 5/F TAK WING IND BLDG 3 TSUN WEN RD TUEN MUN HONG KONG. Registered number: 78565395.

We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. We therefore advise you to review these Terms regularly when accessing our Website.

All visitors to this Website undertake to use the content in a manner that does not infringe upon these rights.

We currently accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
We guarantee that every transaction on our Website is processed securely. All prices are stated in Euros (€). All prices, models, and material specifications may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

  • PayPal: Secure and fast online payment with industry-leading fraud protection. Your financial data is not shared with us.
  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Your card details are entered via a secure, encrypted server.
  • Digital Wallets: Payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed at the time of order placement apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.
All prices are stated in Euros (€).
If a price or product information on the Website was obviously erroneous and you should reasonably have recognized this error, the incorrect price shall not apply. If you ordered a product at a wrong price, we will inform you immediately.

5. Order Acceptance

An electronic or other order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for any reason.

5.1 Order Cancellation

A. Cancellation Prior to Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us at service@chillcarve.de stating the reason for cancellation. We will refund the full purchase price.

B. Cancellation During Transit
If your order has already been shipped, you may return it upon receipt according to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs of €19.98 (for round-trip shipment) will apply.

8. Shipping Policy

8.1 Delivery Address Changes

Delivery address changes are not possible 24 hours after order placement.

9. Right of Return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t fit, we make the return process straightforward.
Please submit return requests via email to service@chillcarve.de, stating your order number and reason for return.

9.1 General Return Conditions

  • Original packaging, unused, with all tags attached.
  • Refund processed within 10 days of receipt of returned goods.
  • Quality inspection prior to refund.

9.2 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

Applies to customers in the European Economic Area (EEA).

*IMPORTANT Note: 

  • Bulk orders of 5 or more clothing items are excluded from no-reason returns and exchanges for those items.
  • For returns of orders containing 3-4 garments, a flat 10% order value fee will be charged to cover return shipping & processing costs.
  • Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
9.2.1 Return Shipping Costs
  • ChillCarve covers costs for defects, transport damage, or incorrect deliveries.
  • Customer bears costs for change of mind, wrong order, or incorrect address.
  • Return shipping cost in these cases: €19.98.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For complaints, you may contact alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies in your country. We follow the recommendations of these entities.
If a complaint is validated, we will replace or repair the product. If neither is possible, a refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

As we are based in Hong Kong, Hong Kong law applies in conjunction with the mandatory consumer protection laws of your EU country of residence.
Your statutory consumer rights within the EU shall not be restricted.

12. User-Generated Content

Users may upload content such as images, text, or reviews ("User Content"). You confirm ownership of rights to such content and that no third-party rights are infringed.
ChillCarve reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms or applicable law.
