1. What is ChillCarve’s shipping policy?
Order processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping time: Shipping usually takes 4–5 business days.
Total delivery time: 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs (for the EU):
- Free shipping for orders over €99.99.
- For orders under €99.99, a shipping fee of €9.99 applies.
Shipping areas: We currently ship to the European Union, the UK, and Australia.
2. What is ChillCarve’s return policy?
Return period: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
How to return: Contact us at 📧 service@chillcarve.de and provide your order number as well as details about the item you wish to return.
Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
3. How can I make a warranty claim?
Warranty period: Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects.
How to apply for the warranty: Contact 📧 service@chillcarve.de with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other documentation.
Solution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product.
4. How do I measure myself correctly for the perfect fit?
Please refer to our size chart on the respective product page or follow these instructions:
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Arm: Measure from shoulder to wrist.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle.
- Shoulder width: Measure from one shoulder to the other.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

6. What size do I need?
We provide detailed size charts on each product page.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size—especially for functional clothing such as ski jackets or base layers.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track it.
You can also track your order through your customer account on chillcarve.eu.
8. What is ChillCarve’s warranty policy?
Covered: 1-year warranty for material and workmanship defects.
Not covered: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
