Warranty Coverage
All of our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects that affect the performance or use of the product. If your product experiences issues under normal use during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace it.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage caused by workmanship issues
- Defects in material used in the product
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Products that have been abused or neglected
- Discoloration, fading, or damage to the product due to exposure to elements
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our customer service team at service@chillcarve.de to begin the warranty process.
- Provide proof of purchase and a clear description of the defect or issue you are experiencing.
- We may request photos or other documentation to verify the defect.
- If approved, we will guide you through the return process for inspection.
Warranty Procedure
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
- If the product is deemed defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the product is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping.
Replacement or Repair
If your item is covered under warranty, we will provide either:
- A replacement of the same or a comparable product.
- A repair if feasible, depending on the extent of the damage.
Warranty Limitations
- Our warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
- The warranty is void if the product is resold or used for rental purposes.
