How to Measure Your Own
1. Palm Width
Use a tape measure to measure the distance across the widest part of your palm, typically just below the knuckles.
2. Palm Circumference
For palm circumference, wrap a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of your palm, usually around the knuckles, but avoid including the thumb.
